2024-2025 OST After-School Programs
Please complete the following survey to enroll in the after-school program(s). This survey is due by the end of the day on Friday, September 27th. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in the inability to participate in Session 1. If the program fills to capacity, your child may be added to a wait list. All after school activities have a limited number of spaces. Academic programs are not based on a first come, first serve basis. For those programs, priority will be given to students based on academic needs.
All programs take place after school from 3:20 p.m. -4:20 p.m. Students will receive a snack in the multipurpose room before programs begin. Students who are absent three times or late being picked up three times will be dropped from the program. Enrollment in the program(s) will not be finalized until a permission slip is returned.
